The staff was helpful. Thomas at breakfast was very attentive. Our room offered a view of the golf course. This was quite nice! The shower was very hot and powerful, though the pressure was a little too strong for my liking. Breakfast and dinner were of good quality, and service was prompt.
The room had a broken light fitting. Net curtains also had tears in them. there were no chairs on the balcony, and the fridge did not work properly.

The stay got off to a rough start. Upon entering the car park, I noticed the absence of clear signage directing guests to the spa. The steam room had missing tiles. I found a sharp piece of silicone near the seating area. It was unexpected.

Ufford park was the perfect place for our wedding. Staff members were helpful with anything we needed. Nicoleta was instrumental in the successful running of our wedding reception. The package allowed us to have a high quality wedding at a reasonable price.

The ceremony room is beautiful and really set the scene. There is crazy golf and a driving range available. The spa area includes a jacuzzi which we used for a relaxing thirty minutes.

The staff was very cute and happy to help with anything. Kathryn, the wedding coordinator, was helpful with everything. Staff at the spa area were helpful and friendly too.

the friendly reception staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival. the breakfast included lots of cooked food that was frequently replenished. i thought the outlook over the golf course was lovely.
the changing rooms at the pool felt very dated to me. there was no family changing area, it made things difficult with young children. i wasn't offered a robe or slippers when going to the pool for my massage.
